Top 10 Bodybuilding Foods

           Here’s a list of my favorite top 10 bodybuilding foods for packing on the muscle while staying lean in the process.  These top 10 bodybuilding foods are a must for every bodybuilder who wants to eat a well rounded diet. Dont let your poor genetics get the best of you, beat them out by incorporating these foods into your diet with a proper exercise program.

Chicken Breast- The reason chicken is so important in bodybuilding is that it is packed with tons of high quality protein. A 6 0z breast has nearly 40grams of protein and only 2 grams of fat. Aside from the nutrition content it is a great tasting and affordable food that can be easily prepared in a variety of ways.

Whole Eggs- Eggs are another versatile source of protein rich food that contain a rich source of vitamins such as A,E,K, and B and contain all 8 essential amino acids. With about 6 grams of protein per egg this is an excellent food to support muscle growth.

Oatmeal- Oatmeal is an amazing bodybuilding food as it is a slow burning sustainable source of carbohydrates for the body.

Salmon- Salmon are very rich in proteins and contain omega-3 fatty acids to boost your testosterone. A can of salmon can have as much as 35 grams of protein in just one sitting!

Tuna- A very affordable source for quality protein getting the most bang for your buck. 1 can has about  32 grams of protein

Broccoli- Its packed with nutrients that limit the release of estrogen and is packed with both calcium and vitamin C to minimize fat storage and aid muscle recovery. A truly remarkable veggie (choke it down if you have to).

Whey Protein- The king of bodybuilding proteins for its super fast absorption and branched chain amino acids content that is essential for building muscle.

Cottage Cheese-If you can tolerate the taste (I cant) its an incredible source of casein protein which is slowly released protein throughout the day (Great Night time snack).

Turkey- Low fat source with high protein content and tons of nutrients makes turkey a must have bodybuilding food.

Lean Beef-  Not only a great protein source but the pure creatine in these lean cut steaks really stimulates the muscle building process. About 25 grams of protein for 3.5oz. size steak.

    2. One Of the biggest mistakes was when I Just started to train.. Was working a lot, but eating not enough.. It was not possibel...
