         One of the biggest pieces of advice i could give any bodybuilder is don't neglect training your legs. Training legs usually splits bodybuilders into 2 categories, they either love training legs or they hate training legs.
          Aswell as gaining muscle mass, bodybuilding is also about symmetry and proportion and trying to sculp that  'X' shape in terms of overall look and nothing looks as ridiculous as an overdeveloped upper torso in relation to an underdeveloped set of legs. 
        What some bodybuilders don't realise is that training your legs properly greatly affects your overall muscle growth. Quadriceps, Hamstrings and Gluteus are the largest muscles in the body and training them produces more anabolic hormones than training smaller muscles like your triceps so including hard and heavy leg workouts in your routine increases the size and strength of muscles all over you body.
           So in order to get maximum gains on your upper body don't neglect training your legs!
