Build A Big Chest

     To build a big chest I advocate both using low reps and high reps and mixing it up. Low reps are needed for hypertrophy and high reps gain maximum muscle. Low reps usually consist of 5-7 reps and high reps usually 8-12. Never sacrifice form on the heavy sets, i always try to think of tempo when training heavy, if i can't get a good tempo for 5-7 reps then the weight i'm lifting is usually too heavy. To help with tempo I sometimes count 1 on the way up and 1,2 when lowering the weight. I also pause slightly at the bottom of the movement getting ready to explode to the top
